Witch Hat Calabrian Calzones

1 ball of pizza dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella
8 ounces ricotta cheese
1 jar Bellisari's Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Fennel Spread
1 egg
1/4 cup water

DirectionsPreheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl mix together ricotta and shredded mozzarella cheese. Roll pizza dough out and cut into 8 triangular shapes that resemble a witches hat. Place 2 tablespoons of Bellisari's Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Fennel Spread and 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture on the open piece of pizza dough and cover it with another piece of dough that is the same size and shape. Press the ends together to seal the calzone, do this with all remaining pieces. Whisk together egg and water to create an egg wash, brush all the calzones with egg wash before placing in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the dough is thoroughly cooked through. Serve with more Bellisari's Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Fennel Spread
