Saigon Smash Pork Burgers

Serves 4-6
1 pound of ground pork
1/2 cup green onion, diced
1 cup carrots, grated
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons ginger, grated
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup micro greens
3 tablespoons Bellisari's Saigon Street Sauce

In a medium sized bowl, mix together pork, green onion, carrots, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper. Roll the meat mixture into 4 to 6 meatball sized balls. Heat up your pan to medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, place the balls of pork onto the skillet and press them down with a spatula until they are flat and thin. Cook all the way through.
In a small bowl mix together micro greens, cilantro and Bellisari's Saigon Street Sauce. Toast buns and assemble.
