Blueberry, Onion & Blue Cheese Naan Appetizer
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 pint blueberries
1 red onion, chopped
1 box of Mini naan dipper
1 jar Bellisari's Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread
In a medium sized pan add olive oil and red onion and cook for one to two minutes. Once the onions begin to glisten, add the blueberries and cook for two more minutes -- do not over cook, you do not want the blueberries to pop.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Put the naan on a cookie sheet and place in oven for 3-5 minutes. Once they are warm, spread with Bellisari's Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread and top with your blueberry and onion mixture.
