Balsamic Garlic Bacon Dip
7 Slices of Bacon
4 oz of Packaged Cream Cheese, softened
1 Jar Bellisari's Balsamic Shallot and Black Garlic Spread
1/4 Cup Half-and-Half
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Remove bacon from skillet, drain on paper towels and crumble. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place cream cheese, Bellisari's Balsamic Shallot and Black Garlic Spread and half-and-half in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until blended. Stir in bacon. Transfer mixture to a medium baking dish.
Bake covered in a preheated oven 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
