Saigon Corned Beef Tacos
3 pounds corned beef brisket
3 cups beef broth
1 jar Bellisari's Saigon Street Sauce
1 spice packet, if included
1 package flour tortillas
1 bag purple cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup pickled jalapeño, diced
In your crockpot place corned beef brisket, beef broth, 1/2 the jar of Bellisari's Saigon Street Sauce and spice packet. Cook on HIGH for 5-6 hours of on LOW for 8-10.
When it is finished drain 3/4 of the liquid, shred the beef and add in the remaining jar of Bellisari's Saigon Street Sauce.
Warm up your tortillas as described on the packaging and assemble your tacos with the shredded corned beef, cabbage and jalapeños. Enjoy!
