BBQ Corn on the Cob
1 Jar Bellisari's Barista Sauce
1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
Maldon Sea Salt
6 Ears of Corn, Husked and Cleaned
Preheat Grill for Medium-high heat. In a medium bowl - combine Bellisari's Barista Sauce and Softened Butter. Apply mixture to each ear of corn. Place each ear onto a piece of Aluminum Foil - wrap ear completely. Place wrapped corn on the preheated grill - cook for 20-30 minutes.
Turn Corn every 10 minutes. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper on each ear.
