Baked Salmon with Blistered Jalapeno & Fig

This salmon recipe will upgrade your dinner tonight from, "That was good" to "When are you making more?" The secret ingredient... Bellisari's Blistered Jalapeno & Fig Spread. Here's the perfect dinner for when you're in a pinch - toss some veggies on the pan too for a sheetpan dinner.
 
Ingredients:
Salmon
Salt and pepper
 
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place thawed salmon on baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil underneath. Season salmon with salt and pepper and generously brush on Blistered Jalapeno & Fig Spread. Bake covered to retain moisture for 20 minutes. Uncover for 5 minutes to allow caramelization. (Use a meat thermometer to properly adjust baking times as they may vary).
Baked salmon on a plate surrounded by asparagus, tomatoes, salad and slices of lemon.
