Saigon Street Pull-Apart Sandwiches
1 package croissant dough
1/2 rotisserie chicken, pulled
1/4 pounds pepper jack cheese slices
1/4 jar Bellisari's Saigon Street Sauce
Preheat oven to 375°F and place place parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Roll out the croissant dough making the thicker parts of the ends touch until there is a ring formed in the center.
Spread Bellisari's Saigon Street Sauce on each section of the croissant dough. Place pepper jack cheese along the dough and fill the base of the croissant with pulled chicken.
Roll each section towards the center of the ring, making sure to keep the filling inside the dough. Bake for 15 minutes or until the tops of the croissants are golden brown. Serve on a place and place Bellisari's Saigon Sauce in a bowl in the center of your stuffed croissants for dipping!
