Blue Cheese Sauce, Pancetta and Pear Baguette
1 Jar of Bellisari's Blue Cheese, Honey and Shallot Spread
6 oz of Pancetta
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the baguette in half and place on an oven safe sheet tray. Spread 3/4 cup of Bellisari's Blue Cheese, Honey and Shallot Spread onto the baguette.
Thinly slice the pear and the pancetta, then spread evenly on top of the baguette.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Slice and serve.
