Ricotta Stuffed Calabrian Meatballs

Calabrian Meatballs

Ingredients
1/2 pound Ground Beef (chuck)
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 pound ground veal
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons pepper
1 cup full-fat ricotta
1 Jar of Bellisari's Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix together the beef, pork, veal, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and use an injector to inject ricotta into each meatball until the white is showing like an eyeball. Bake for 25 minutes. Toss in Bellisari's Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread and enjoy!
