Bellisari's Fish Provençal Foil Packet
1 halibut fillet
1/2 cup Bellisari’s Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread
1 teaspoon capers
sheet of foil.
Lay foil flat and place the fish on the bottom followed by the remaining ingredients. Form foil into a packet. Grill over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Top with olive oil and chopped basil. Be sure to spray the bottom of the foil with olive oil to avoid sticking.
