I love making our Prosciutto & Fig Wrapped Asparagus for Summer Dinners. You can prep them the night before and pop them in the oven while dad grills the steaks and chicken!
2 tablespoons butter, melted
4 tablespoon Bellisari’s Blistered Jalapeno & Fig Spread
1 pound asparagus, trimmed
4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap the asparagus with the prosciutto and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Whisk together the melted butter & Bellisari’s Blistered Jalapeno & Fig Spread. Coat the wrapped asparagus with the butter & fig mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
