Amazing Bruschetta with Peaches
olive oil for brushing bruschetta
8oz block of white cheddar cheese
1-2 ripe peaches
4-5 fresh basil leaves
1 jar of Bellisari’s Harvest Ginger Peach Spread
preheated oven of 400 degrees.
Take the baguette, sliced at a diagonal into ½ inch thick slices. Brush each slice with olive oil and place in the oven. Bake on each side for 8 minutes.
Slice the white cheddar into ¼ slices and set aside. Half and core your peaches and slice into thin wedges. Take 4-5 leaves of fresh basil and chiffonade them.While the slices are still hot, place the cheese on top and stick back into the oven and bake for 4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and layer the peach slices. spread Bellisari’s Harvest Ginger Peach Spread on it and sprinkle it with basil. Serve and enjoy.
