Manchego & Tomato Fennel Bruschetta

Serves 8

8 Baguette slices, 1/2” thick
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Jar Bellisari’s Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread
1/2 cup Manchego cheese, shredded
1 bunch Basil, fresh

Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet. Brush with oil and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Spread Bellisari’s Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread on the crostini, sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil and enjoy!
