Blue Cheese

White Cheddar (for cutouts)
Yellow Cheddar (for cutouts)
Brie (for the coffin)
Assortment cured meat (preferably one with white mold)
Olives
Figs
Cherries
Pomegranate seeds
Assortment of crackers

DirectionsPlace the Bellisari's Saigon Street Sauce & Bellisari's Blistered Jalapeno & Fig Spread in two small bowls. Cut the brie into the shape of a coffin and use a cookie cutter to make ghosts, pumpkins and bats with the cheddar cheeses. On a large cutting board place your coffin and cutouts and then begin to place your large piles of items you'd like to pair together like Bellisari's Blistered Jalapeno & Fig Spread, parmesan cheese and prosciutto. Keep filling in all the spaces until your board is completely full!
