Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
6 cups vegetable broth
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 jar of Bellisari's Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread
Salt & Pepper
Directions
In a large pot over medium heat add olive oil, onion and garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
