Spicy Fig Jam Cocktail
1 ½ oz of vodka
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp Crème de Cocoa
Fresh jalapeno, sliced (optional)
Place the lime juice, Crème de Cocoa and Bellisari’s Blistered Jalapeno Fig Spread in a shaker along with some fresh rosemary and jalapenos. I recommend cutting it up a bit or bruising it to get the flavors out. Add some ice and shake ingredients until the jam is dissolved. Add the vodka last and give it one more shake.
In your serving cup, add extra ice and pour over your cocktail. If your shaker doesn’t have a strain, use a mesh strainer. Take a little spring of rosemary and jalapeno slices for garnish, and enjoy.
