Shrunken Potato Heads
These baked potatoes are sure to bring a smile to the dinner table! Simple and perfect for the family.
Ingredients:
5 russet potatoes
1 jar Bellisari's Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Wash and dry potatoes. Cut desired faces into the potatoes using a sharp paring knife and a melon ball cutter. Put the potatoes into the oven on a baking sheet for 45-60 minutes. Remove when a fork can easily pierce the potato. Top with Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread and enjoy!
