Saigon Skillet Street Corn
Memorial Day Weekend food is all about the sides! Make our Saigon Skillet Street corn this weekend at your holiday BBQ. This spin on Mexican Street Corn is a real crowd pleaser, with a little bite and sweetness, it'll go quicker than the ribs. The Saigon Street Sauce is an exceptional balance of heat and sweet roasted garlic flavor. This mustard based pepper sauce harmonizes well with anything you will be barbecuing this weekend!

Serves 4
Ingredients
• 5 Ears of Corn, shelled
• 1 cup cilantro, chopped
• 1 cup green onion, diced
• 1/2 a jar of Bellisari's Saigon Street Sauce
• 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
• 1 cup of white cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 lime, juiced and zest
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• Warm your pan to a medium high heat and place butter in pan until melted. Add corn, salt, pepper, half of the cilantro and half of the green onion. Sauté until the corn begin to slightly caramelize.
• In a medium sized bowl mix together Bellisari's Saigon Street Sauce and mayonnaise until creamy. Pour the mixture over the corn mixture and add 1/2 a cup of the cheese and the juice of one lemon.
• Once the cheese melts add the remaining cheese, green onion, cilantro and lime zest to the top. Enjoy!
