Saigon Ham & Cheese Quiche
Use up the rest of those holiday leftovers with this simple recipe!
1/2 jar Bellisari's Saigon Street Sauce
1 tbsp butter
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup half-and-half
1 1/2 cups diced bam
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Oil of choice
Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and half-and-half. Stir in ham, cheese and Saigon Sauce. Reserve some cheese to sprinkle on top. Oil the muffin tin or casserole dish so quiche won't stick. Pour filling and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
*Note: you can also pour this filling into a pie crust or layer hash browns on the bottom of the muffin tin/casserole dish if you want some crunch underneath!
