Grilled Cheese with Bacon and Peach

This grilled cheese is simple enough to throw together for lunch and delicious for all of the unique flavors combining to make one fantastic sandwich.

Sourdough bread (or whatever bread you prefer)
1 tbs butter
3 slices mild cheddar, brie, or Swiss cheese
2 tbs Harvest Ginger Peach Spread
2 strips cooked bacon
1/4 cup baby arugula

Heat a pan on low-medium heat. Spread butter on the outer sides of the slices of bread. Spread the inner sides of the bread with Harvest Ginger Peach. Place the buttered side down on the pan and layer the cheese, bacon and arugula on top. Close the sandwich with the other piece of bread. Flip when bread is golden brown and cheese is melted (place a lid over the pan if the cheese needs to melt more). Press the sandwich with a spatula as it cooks. Enjoy!
