Grandma Bellisari's Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork or lightly seasoned sausage
1 cup bread crumbs
1 sprig parsley chopped or 1 tbs dry parsley
1 clove garlic
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1 Jar Balsamic, Shallot & Black Garlic Spread

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a bowl. Roll the mixture into small, round balls. Add some oil into a pan and brown meatballs (approximately 10-12 minutes in total, making sure to flip the meatballs occasionally).

Add 1 Jar of Bellisari's Balsamic, Shallot & Black Garlic Spread to a pan. Put pan on low to medium heat to warm up the Spread. Once warm, add meatballs and slowly simmer for 30 mins.
