Dairy-Free Buffalo Chicken Dip in Phyllo Shells



1 lb chicken breast
3/4 cup Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce
1/2 cup mayo
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
2 celery stalks, finely diced
3 green onions
1/4 cup unsweetened milk of choice (can use coconut milk or almond, make sure it is regular and not vanilla flavored)
Ranch and/or hot sauce for drizzling (we recommend Primal Kitchen and Frank's)
Bellisari's Phyllo shells



Whisk together 1/2 cup buffalo sauce and 1/4 cup mayo in a small bowl until smooth. Add to a slow cooker with chicken breast, red bell pepper, celery, and white part of the green onions. Stir and set on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours.

Once chicken is cooked through, shred and return back to slow cooker with remaining mayo, buffalo sauce, milk and green onion. Stir and continue to cook on high for 30 minutes. Add more milk if too thick. 

Spoon buffalo dip into Bellisari's Phyllo Shells and garnish with green onions, hot sauce and/or ranch if desired. Enjoy!
