Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake with Peach

This mug cake is a classic paired with something new. Enjoy a delicious cinnamon roll with the added flavor of our Harvest Ginger Peach Spread.

1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tbsp milk of choice
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp Bellisari's Harvest Ginger Peach Spread


Coat the inside of a microwavable mug with cooking spray and use as mixing bowl for the flour, baking powder, milk, maple syrup, vanilla and oil. Batter should be thick, but not dry. Add 1 or 2 tbsp more of milk as needed. In a separate bowl, whisk brown sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle on top of cake mix in the mug. Add 1 tbsp of Harvest Ginger Peach Spread to the top and use the tip of a knife to swirl the cinnamon mix and the peach spread into the top of the batter. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 25 seconds.  

Note: Microwave times may vary as they are dependent on the setting and power your microwave has. Check every 15 seconds after 1 minute to make sure you do not over-bake your mug cake.
