Calabrian & White Wine Mussels
1 pound Mussels
1 jar Bellisari's Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread
1 Shallot, diced
1/2 stick of butter
1 cup dry wine or seafood broth
Heat a deep pan with a lid to medium high heat. Add butter and shallots to the pan and cook until shallots are translucent. Add the dry wine, seafood broth and Bellisari's Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread to the pan - when it is combined and simmering add in the mussels and cover for about 10 minutes. Check on it periodically. When the mussels are all open remove from heat, pour into a bowl and enjoy with bread.
