Calabrian Ceviche

Ingredients
1 pound of tender white fish, diced
5 limes, juiced
3 lemons, juiced
1 jar of Bellisari’s Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread
½ red onion, diced
¼ cup cucumber, diced
1-2 red chillies, diced (optional)
1 bunch fennel leaves, chopped (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions
In a large bowl whisk together lime juice, lemon juice and Bellisari’s Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread. Add in diced white fish, red onion, chillies, and salt and pepper. Let it sit for 2-3 hours until the fish becomes white. Add in cucumbers before serving and garnish with fennel leaves. Enjoy!
