Savory & Sweet Jalapeno & Fig Holiday Wreath Appetizers
This pair of holiday appetizers are savory and sweet sides of the same coin. They're both equally festive and both star my Blistered Jalapeno & Fig spread.
The video demonstrates how I assemble my charcuterie appetizer board for my holiday parties (you should also offer my spicy mustard as a dipping sauce choice -- it's perfect with cured meats and anything salty).
The recipe below incorporates delicious cheese, warm fluffy dough and fruit for an equally festive wreath.
Both star my Blistered Jalapeno & Fig spread.

Ingredients
- 1 Jar of Bellisari’s Blistered Jalapeno & Fig Spread
- 2 11 oz cans of pizza dough
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 ounces brie
- Rosemary sprigs and pomegranate for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out pizza dough and then cut the dough in half.
- Working with one portion at a time, roll the dough out in a rectangle to 1/8” thick.
- Cut each piece into 6 portions.
- Add a 1-inch piece of brie and one tablespoon of Bellisari’s Blistered Jalapeno & Fig Spread to the center of each piece of dough. Bring the four corners to meet, pinch and seal off.
- Place each of the dough balls in a circular manner to look like a wreath.
- Whisk together egg and water to create an egg wash, brush the rolls with the egg wash.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
- Brush the finished rolls with melted butter. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and pomegranate for color & enjoy!
