Blistered Jalapeno & Fig Spread: This pairs beautifully with Mascarpone in filo shells. Other suggested pairings include White Cheddar, Gouda, Gorgonzola, Stilton Blue Cheese, and Sage Derby.
Balsamic Shallot & Black Garlic Spread: Spread it over a wheel of brie cheese to heat and serve with crostinis for an easy appetizer. Other suggestions would be Parmesan, Blue, or Gorgonzola.
Calabrian & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread: Pair this on bruschetta with Manchego and a chiffonade of fresh basil. Other delicious options would be Asiago, Goat Cheese, Parmesan, and Fresh Mozzarella.

1 (16-ounce) bag of lima beans (can use butter beans) rinsed,
2 teaspoons of lemon juice½ cup of Bellisari’s Barista Sauce
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
½ red bell pepper cut into ¼ inch pieces
12 grape tomatoes cut in half
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 ears of corn, kernels cut from the cob (3 cups)
2 tablespoons diced cilantro
1 cup of cooked diced bacon
Salt and pepper
A pinch of cayenne pepper
Melt butter in nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add onions, bell pepper, and ½ teaspoon of salt and cook-stirring frequently until soften and beginning to brown, approximately 5 minutes. Add garlic, and cayenne and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium and add corn and beans and stir until cooked about 5 minutes. Add lime juice, Bellisari’s Barista Sauce, tomatoes and bacon and stir for about two minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste.
10 Large Eggs
2 Cups Diced Cooked Potatoes
6 oz. Cooked Skirt Steak
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion
1 Tbs. Olive Oil
1/2 Jar Bellisari's Barista Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix eggs in a medium-large bowl until fluffy and set aside.
Add olive oil to pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add the chopped steak and red onions into the skillet and cook until the meat is rare and the onions are translucent. Add cooked potatoes and pour in Bellisari's Barista Sauce. Toss until all items are covered.
Add eggs to pan and scramble for 3 minutes. Put in oven and cook for 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
