Balsamic Red Shrimp


1 ½  pounds Red Shrimp, thawed
1 jar of Bellisari’s Balsamic, Shallot and Black Garlic Spread
1 bunch basil, chiffonade 
10 skewers


Marinate the Red Shrimp in Bellisari’s Balsamic, Shallot & Black Garlic Spread for approximately 3 hours. 

Add shrimp to skewers and brush with remaining marinade. Heat grill to medium-high heat and bring to temperature. Add skewers to grill and cook for 2-3 minutes a side or until cooked through.

Top with basil & enjoy.
