Balsamic Mashed Potatoes
1/2 Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 jar of Bellisari's Balsamic Shallot & Black Garlic Spread
salt and pepper for taste
DirectionsBring six quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Once boiling add 1/2 tablespoon salt and cubed potatoes. Cook until fork tender and drain. In the large pot add back in your potatoes, milk, butter, Bellisari's Balsamic Shallot & Black Garlic Spread, salt and pepper and mix together with a hand mixer on medium speed until completely creamy. Do not over beat the potatoes. Enjoy!
