Bacon & Corn Dip

1/2 cup Bellisari's Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread
8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp ranch dressing mix
6 slices crumbled bacon
1 cup roasted corn
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped lettuce
1 large tomato, chopped
In a medium bowl mix the Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread with cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing mix until smooth. Spread into bottom of 1 quart casserole dish. Fry the bacon and then crumble when cooled, then try the corn in the bacon grease until roasted. Sprinkle cheddar cheese into casserole dish, then add lettuce, tomatoes, corn, and bacon. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
