Soft Blue Cheese Carbonara

Balsamic Strawberry Salsa

Serves 4

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries - diced

1/2 jalapeno - finely minced

1 cup of blue berries

1 cup of blackberries

1/4 cup red onion - finely minced

1 1/2 teaspoon parsley - minced

¼ cups of Bellisari’s Balsamic Shallot Spread

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 bag of cinnamon pita chips(I prefer Stacey’s)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.   Place in refrigerator up to two hours.
