Try Bellisari's Blue Beer Cheese for a dangerously good warm cheese dip!

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 lager or pilsner beer
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 jar of Bellisari’s Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread
2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

In a medium pot, melt butter over medium heat, add flour and whisk until it is formed into a paste. 
Add beer to paste and continue to whisk removing any clumps. When the mixture is smooth whisk in your milk and cook on medium heat until the sauce begins to thicken. 
Stir in dijon mustard, Worcestershire, Bellisari’s Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread and spices and continue to simmer. 
Finally add the remaining cheese and stir until completely melted. Enjoy with fresh pretzels and crusty bread.
