Toasty Sheet Pan Calabrian Gnocchi

1 17.5-ounce package potato gnocchi

1 jar Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread

1 ball of Mozzarella, cubed

1/2 cup of parmesan, grated



Preheat the oven to 425° F. Toss together the gnocchi and Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread and spread on a sheet pan for 10 minutes. Remove the sheet pan and toss the mozzarella in with the gnocchi and sprinkle the combination with the parmesan cheese, put back in the oven for 3 minutes until the cheese is melty. Enjoy
