Shepards Pie
If you live in the northern part of the region, you know the weather is getting much cooler quickly— try making our Barista Shepherd's Pie for a dish that is sure to warm your heart.

1 1/2 to 2 pounds potatoes (about 3 large potatoes), peeled and quartered
8 Tablespoons (1 stick) butter
1/4 cup milk
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1-2 cups vegetables—peppers and corn
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 jar of Bellisari's Barista Sauce
Salt, pepper, garlic salt

Bring a large pot to a boil, add peeled and quartered potatoes and salt to the pot. Boil until tender to the touch of a fork.
While the potatoes are boiling begin to sauté the vegetables in a large pan over medium heat with 3 tablespoons of butter. When the vegetables begin to soften add the beef and Bellisari's Barista sauce and cook for about 10 minutes.
Mash the potatoes with the remaining butter, milk, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. In an oven safe dish put the meat mixture on the bottom and top it off with the mashed potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy.
