Thursday Recipe: Sriracha Barista Sauce Lettuce Wraps

Servings: 5 (3 wraps each)


2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, diced

1 Tbsp of olive oil

1 Jar of Bellisari’s Barista Sauce

1 tsp sriracha sauce, or more if you like it spicy

1 Tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish

4 stalks green onions, chopped

1 can of water chestnuts

1 Tbsp of minced ginger

½ cup of shredded carrots

15-18 Bib lettuce, romaine leaves or Iceberg leaves


In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chicken in 1 tablespoon oil for 3 minutes; drain. Add the carrots, water chestnuts and ginger; cook 4-6 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink. Drain and set aside.  In a small bowl, whisk the Barista Sauce and sriracha. Stir in the carrots, onions, and chicken mixture.  Spoon onto lettuce leaves and sprinkle with sesame seeds(optional). If desired, fold sides of lettuce over filling and roll up.
