Let's Make This: Caprese Pizza Cone

1 pizza Dough
1 jar of Bellisari’s Calabrian Pepper &Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread
1 bunch of fresh Basil, chiffonade
1 bunch of fresh Cherry Tomatoes, sliced into quarters
1 container of fresh mozzarella balls
Olive oil for brushing
Pizza cone maker

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
While the oven is heating, roll out the dough to ⅛ of an inch thin. Use the cone shape cutter to cut out your pieces.
Take one of the pieces of dough and fold it in half. Crimp or pinch the sides to seal it. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Place it over your cone. Using oil, brush the entire outside of the dough and place on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 6-8 min or until it's golden brown. Remove and let it cool.
Slice your cherry tomatoes and cheese. Chiffonade your basil and set aside.
Once the cones are cooled, place your cones in the wire stand and fill with your ingredients. We layered them in this order: cheese, Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread, tomatoes, basil (repeat 3-4x). Fill up to the top, the ingredients will settle as they bake. Place back in the oven for 5-8 minutes more or until the cheese is melted.
Serve while still warm.
