Saigon Seared Mahi-Mahi

Try out our grilled fish with Saigon Street Sauce from our Live last week.

MAhi Mahi

1 pound Mahi-Mahi
1 jar Bellisari’s Saigon Street Sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & Pepper

In a small bowl whisk together olive oil and ½ of Bellisari’s Saigon Street Sauce. Pour this mixture over fish and let sit for thirty minutes turning it over at 15 minutes. 
Heat grill to medium heat and wait for the grill to reach temperature. Gently lay your Mahi-Mahi on the grill, cook one side for 4-5 minutes, flip and brush with additional Saigon Sauce. Cook the other side for 4-5 minutes. Remove & Enjoy.
