Ingredients
2 cups chicken, shredded
1/2 cup carrot, grated
1/4 cup Bellisari’s Saigon Street Sauce
1 package Bellisari’s Phyllo Cups
cilantro for garnish
Directions
Mix together shredded chicken, carrot and Bellisari’s Saigon Street Sauce in a medium sized bowl to make the chicken salad mixture. Place the chicken in the Phyllo cups, garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
