Roys Buffalo, Blue Cheese Chicken Rotolo

This recipe was sent to us from my long time friend Roy - Buffalo, Blue Cheese Chicken Rotolo, and it is a goodie!

8 thin chicken cutlets, 3 oz each
1 cup Franks RedHot Buffalo Sauce 
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 Jar of Bellisari's Blue Cheese, Honey, & Shallot Spread

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Dip the chicken cutlets in Franks RedHot Buffalo Sauce and then coat each piece with the Italian bread crumbs. Spread a thick portion of Bellisari's Blue Cheese, Honey, & Shallot Spread on each piece and roll them up and lay them seam side down on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
