Ingredients

Directions

  • Place your cubed prosciutto in a medium size pan on medium high heat and cook until brown and crispy, about 8 minutes.
  • Remove the prosciutto and remove all of the grease except for two table spoons worth.
  • Lower the temperature of the pan to low heat and pour in the whisked eggs.
  • Cook until they reach your desired consistency for scrambled eggs. 
  • To assemble fill Bellisari's Phyllo Shell with 1 tablespoon of scrambled egg and top with crispy prosciutto, 1 cube of mozzarella and a dab of Bellisari's Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread. Enjoy!
