Let's Make This: Harvest Ginger Peach Carnitas Bites

2 ½ lbs pork shoulder
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 tbs lime juice
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp oregano 
Chicken Broth

Brown seasoned pork on all sides for 10 minutes. Add to the crock pot with onion, garlic, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and oregano. Add enough chicken broth to cover ingredients in pot. Add lid and cook on high for 4-6 hours.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Shred the meat and place on a pan. Cook until crispy. 

Top naan with carnitas then a piece of brie. Then drizzle on Bellisari’s Harvest Ginger Peach Spread. Place in oven for 2 minutes or until brie is melted. Serve and enjoy!
