Let's Make This: Grilled Pineapple Chicken Burgers with Bellisari's Pineapple Adobo

Servings: 6-8


  • 14teaspoon paprika 
  • 14teaspoon curry powder
  • 3 tbs Bellisari's Pineapple Adobo 
  • pinch nutmeg
  • lbs ground chicken
  • tablespoons fresh minced garlic (or to taste)
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (or use 1 small yellow onion)
  • black pepper
  • teaspoons seasoning salt (or to taste, or use white salt
  • slices of fresh pineapple rings (or use canned pineapple slices, fresh is better!)
  • Honey hamburger buns
  • lettuce leaves


  • In a large bowl whisk/mix the paprika, curry powder, and nutmeg. Once mixed together, add in ground chicken, garlic, green onions, black pepper and salt, Bellisari's Pineapple Adobo, and mix until combined
  • Shape the ground chicken into 6-8 patties, refrigerate for 2-4 hours
  • Grill patties for 5-6 minutes per side
  • Add pineapple slices to grill and cook for 4 minutes while basting with Bellisari's Pineapple Adobo
  • Add your burger to a bun, and top it with a grilled pineapple slice and a piece of lettuce
