Blue Cheese Honey & Shallot Appetizer

Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread in Endive Spears

Serves: 10

Ingredients:
1 Jar Bellisari's Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread 12 Endive spears
1 Small bag of walnuts
1 Small sandwich bag

Directions:
Wash endive spears thoroughly. Place 3 Tbsp of Bellisari's Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread into the sandwich bag. Cut a small slit in the corner of the bag. Gently squeeze the spread into the endive spears.

Top with chopped walnuts and serve.

This recipe is classy and appealing on the platter and delicious on the palate!

The following recipe looks and tastes super fancy, but it’s also super simple. The sweet, salty, with just the right amount of heat combination is perfect for opening your guest’s appetites for what’s coming next. And you can whip up trays of this easily before or during the party.

 

Blistered Jalapeno and Fig Mini Phyllo Shells

Servings: 15

Ingredients:

I Jar of Bellisari's Blistered Jalapeno and Fig Spread

1 Package of mini phyllo shells (about 15 shells)

16 oz package of Mascarpone cheese

Directions:
Fill filo shells with 1 teaspoon of mascarpone cheese and then top with 1 teaspoon of Bellisari's Blistered Jalapeno & Fig Spread and serve.

Finally, I’ll share the easiest recipe yet, but perhaps the most impressive due to the gourmet flavors involved. However, if you can open a jar, you can make this recipe your “signature” dish. 😉

 

Balsamic Shallot & Black Garlic Brie

Serves: 10

Ingredients:
1 Jar Bellisari's Balsamic Shallot and Black Garlic Spread 1 Large Wheel of Brie
1 Sourdough baguette

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the Brie on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper and pour jar of Bellisari's Balsamic Shallot & Black Garlic Spread over the brie. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese starts to ooze but not melt. Serve with sliced baguette.
