Individual Calabrian Chicken Parm

1 Chicken Breast, pounded
1/4 cup flour
1 Egg, whisked
1/4 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
3 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons Bellisari's Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread
2 Slice Fresh Mozzarella Cheese


Preheat your oven to 350F. Wash chicken breast and pat completely dry. Place flour on a plate, whisk the egg in a bowl that is big enough to fit the chicken breast and on another plate mix together the Italian Bread Crumbs and the parmesan cheese.
Coat both sides of the chicken breast in flour. Dip the entire chicken breast in the egg bath and immediately coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Pour olive oil into a pan and turn the heat to medium/high. When the oil is hot place the chicken in the pan and cook each side for 3-4 minutes or until both sides are golden brown.
Put your chicken in an oven safe dish, top with Bellisari's Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread and two slices of fresh mozzarella. Bake about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve with an individual serving size of pasta or your favorite veggie.
