Herb-Covered Salmon with Blue Cheese Schmear

Keep friends close and your salmon closer, this herb-covered Salmon is delicious with a schmear of our Blue Cheese spread right on top.

1 pound Salmon Filet
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
Salt & Pepper
1 jar Bellisari’s Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread

In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, juice lemon, garlic, herbs, salt & pepper. Pour the mixture over salmon and let marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. 
Preheat your oven to 375° F. Remove the marinated salmon from the fridge and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before placing it in the oven. 
Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes depending on the desired doneness. For a crispy top broil for 1 minute. 
Remove salmon from over and schmear Bellisari’s Blue Cheese, Honey Shallot Spread over top of Salmon. Enjoy!
