The holidays often require a lot of prep, and you're not alone if you're ready to put your feet up and enjoy some good food that also makes you feel good. This low-carb recipe is a simple way to achieve that, and for an extra bonus you barely have to do anything. Enjoy this Harvest Ginger Peach salmon with cauliflower rice recipe to get your tastebuds dancing.

Ingredients:
2 salmon filets
1 jar Bellisari's Harvest Ginger Peach
1 bag cauliflower rice
Vegetables of choice (we recommend green beans, asparagus, or zucchini)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Place salmon on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Brush Harvest Ginger Peach onto salmon and bake covered for 20 minutes, and bake uncovered for additional 5 minutes (you want to cover the salmon to prevent the sugar from caramelizing too soon). While salmon is baking, prepare your cauliflower rice as directed on the label. Season and steam your vegetables. You can also place them in the oven with the salmon if you prefer to have a bit of crisp to them.
Serve and enjoy!
