Calabrian Gazpacho

Did someone say Gazpacho? Try our Calabrian Gazpacho Recipe with a light salad.


1 Jar of Bellisari's Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread

3 Ripe Tomatoes 

1/2 cup cucumber, chopped and seeded 

1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

Olive Oil


In a large blender, blend all ingredients together, add olive oil to mixture if too thick. Place in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 

Serve with a petite salad or bread - enjoy!
