Buffalo & Blue Cheese Squares with Grapes

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons of Bellisari’s Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

3 tablespoons buffalo sauce (Frank's Red Hot)

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)

1½ cup shredded Extra Sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup walnuts (finely chopped)

Fancy toothpicks

Cleaned red grapes

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix Bellisari’s Blue Cheese, Honey and Shallot Spread, onion powder, garlic powder, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Then, form the cheese into one-inch balls.

Place the walnuts in a Cuisinart and pulse them quickly creating a chunky dust and pour it out on a sheet of plastic wrap. Roll the cheese balls in the walnut dust and form them into squares. (You can leave them as balls if you prefer) Place a red grape and the cheese on a fancy toothpick or skewer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
