Brown Butter Balsamic & Berry Angel Food Cake

4 tablespoons butter
2 cups mixed berries
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 tablespoons Bellisari's Balsamic, Shallot & Black Garlic Spread
1/2 lemon, juiced
pinch of salt

1 store bought angel food cake

Start by browning your butter over medium heat in a pan. In a medium
size bowl coat your berries in the sugar and flour mixture. Once
butter is brown add your berries to the pan, add vanilla, lemon juice,
pinch of salt and Bellisari's Balsamic, Shallot & Black Garlic Spread
and let it cook down until the berries break down and there is a thick
liquid. **Add more sugar if you prefer it sweeter.**
Let cool for 10 minutes. Pour the berry mixture over the angel food
cake and enjoy with ice cream or whipped cream.
